Owner, Personal Trainer
I have been training for a number of years, dividing my time both as a Fitness Manager and a Personal Trainer. Over the years I have specialized in functional training, conditioning, and sport-specific rehabilitation, and I am currently studying the relationship between the neurological system and performance. When I train clients I like to set motivating and even ‘impossible’ challenges. I have played soccer (football) my whole life, and in addition to working out in the gym, I have been running so much that I decided to run the next Florence Marathon.

After working for a number of years teaching courses as a fitness instructor, I began working as a training manager, in charge of coordinating and supervising personal trainers. Over the years, I have developed expertise in musical fitness, Pilates, and hypopressive exercise. I am currently also working on mindfulness. At Lungarno Fitness Studio I focus on women’s fitness, postural exercise, and pre and post-natal training. Dance is my passion, I have studied it since I was a child, and I still practice it a few days a week.

After working as an instructor in weight rooms for several years I began my career as a Personal Trainer. I am certified by the Italian Strength Training Federation and I have earned numerous certifications for teaching Pilates. I train clients who wish to improve their health and/or performance utilizing a mix of training methods focused on increasing strength and flexibility. I practice Yoga daily, workout in the gym and play soccer.
